I can't believe it, but my "baby" girl turned 2 years old today! I can't believe how far we have come in the short 4 months she's been home; it feels like she's always been here with us. It is such a joy and a blessing to have her in our lives.

Since we don't have many friends left here (being a military family, we all move a lot and most of our friends have moved on already), we decided not to have a party. Instead we had a very nice dinner at a restaurant here in town with our "local" friend Candace, Amy, and another family here whose daughter turned 2 on Saturday. We celebrated together Sunday night since it is the day in between the girls' birthdays!
